Thanks for commenting. It appears that this is a fairly common problem for
people delivering messages to you from Rsyslog. This is an area that we in
rsyslog acknowledge is a weak point (to be fixed in the next release in a
few weeks). Given that it's a GnuTLS error, my guess is that it's due to
slightly incompatible versions of GnuTLS, resulting in your system sending
a message that the sender isn't able to understand. Can you comment on what
version you are running? With that information, the GnuTLS folks may be
able to provide us with some info on what's going on even before we get the
actual error from the sender. And even once we do get the error, having the
version numbers would help.
