you shouldn't need the UDPserveraddress, by default rsyslog should be
listening to 0.0.0.0, which means that it will accept connections to any IP
address that exists on the machine. The serveraddress variables should only
be needed when you need to have different inputs on different IP addresses
(if you want different rules for different networks for example)
