logrotate sends HUP.
The missing messages are not happening at restart of rsyslog though. As we
can see, they seem to be getting lost all over the place (I haven't seen a
single pattern). I have seen one of the patterns emerge though:

When ever I get these messages as per MissingEvents2.png:
action 'action 18' resumed (module 'builtin:omfwd') [try <!-- m --><a

I always loose 2 of the mpt-statusd messages which seems to be without
fail, but of course I loose messages in other places too as you can see.
