having two systems writing to the same file over NFS does not work well. It
can be done, but since each system will need to lock the file before
writing to it, you will have a huge amount of overhead and performance will
be horrificly bad.
write to two different files, if possible to two different directories (so
that directory updates, like file sizes and timestamps don't collide)
This is entirely a NFS thing, not a rsyslog thing. Rsyslog doesn't care
what type of filesystem it's writing to (local or remote)
