Thanks for the insight as usual!

Last night I changed the queue.size to 200k for both of the queues, so
hopefully I will avoid the OOM condition that may have occurred yesterday.

I've set the action names and I will setup graphs for them as well, but I
have not been collecting this data in my monitoring software, so I will
collect the data starting now.

Here is the top data for right now, which is at the tail end of today's
peak:

I'll try to grab more top snapshots during the strange CPU time events if I
can.
