ok, but I never get output like you show.  I've only ever gotten the
"originalmsg" and "unparsed-data" variables.  I feel like its working when
certain portions of "unparsed-data" disappear, but I don't ever get the
r[n] variables as I have specified in the rule.  Is this because my version
is too old?
