the snippet of the debug log you show is showing part of the startup, we
would need to catch the part of the debug log showing it attempting and
failing to deliver to loganalyzer

I would suggest that you write to a file with the same template you use to
write to the database (since that's where I assume loganalyzer is reporting
from)

also look in the database logs to see if it reports any errors.

What's probably happening is that there is something in the log message you
are trying to insert into the database that makes it an invalid SQL
command, but without seeing the log message that's failing, it's really
hard to guess what could be wrong.
