Hi !

On fresh CentOS 7 I use rsyslog for network logging from several network
devices. But I see one little problem. After system boot, rsyslog no write
messages from devices to file(s), but log messages "UDP message from
disallowed sender discarded". If rsyslog restarted (with no changes in any
config's) after complete system boot - messages registering became normal.
There is one note. Network manager initiate network interface with some
delay (2-5 secs) - on first try to start NIC it report "No carrier", and
after second try interface started successfully. Can this delay break
rsyslog normal work?
I can setup restart rsyslog after system complete booting, but want know -
is it normal for rsyslog, or this is some error?
