Unfortunately aws ELB IPs do change , sometimes quite frequently. I've seen
multiple changes per day then none for 5 days. The main trigger is load,
this is discussed here:

also amazon move them around ( they are instances themselves apparently )

am trying rebindinterval and will report back..
