We have all our application servers running rsyslog, forwarding over tcp to
a  aggregation server. When aggregation server is rebot(or poweroff, or
network is down etc) those our  application servers are have freezes ( we
didn`t connect via ssh and all network services are freeze and etc) but AVG
and other resource are normal.
 We use rsyslog ver 5.8.10
Our client config:
$ModLoad imuxsock.so
$SystemLogRateLimitInterval 0
$SystemLogRateLimitBurst 0

What is it? How can we fix it?
