Per RedHat, the OMUDPSPOOF module is not in the RHEL/CentOS 6.x rsyslog v 5
RPMs because libnet.h is required and the building of the package fails at

Is there any communication with RedHat/Oracle or any other solutions being
worked on to allow this module to be built and included in the
