oh, yes. so is
/home/hosts permitted in SELinux? The debug log might simply not work that
way with the old version.[/quote:3rl635uw]
OK, so what version do I need to upgrade to or what SELinux command do I
need to execute to get this to work?[/quote:3rl635uw]
Well, as a "fix", I have used the following:
[code:3rl635uw]yum install policycoreutils-python
yum install policycoreutils
semanage permissive -a syslogd_t
restorecon -R -v [/code:3rl635uw]
I do understand that this disables the WHOLE of the policies on the
syslogd, but I need this system up and working.
However, does anyone know exactly the command to allow this to work WITHOUT
disabling the WHOLE of the policy?
Kindest regards!
