And yes, as you were asking the CPU utilization by individual threads both
on servers and clients.

Although, on the central server, the CPU utilization by individual thread
is only 12%, but the CPU utilization by 1 thread of rsyslog main queue
client is constantly 75%.

So, it is true that rsyslog is consuming considerable amount of CPU to pull
the messages out of the queue.

So, let me know about any config tweaks, which you were talking about
before.
