[rsyslog-notify] Forum Thread: no log in Red Hat EL7.2 - (Mode 'post')

Hello,

 installling rsyslog-8.15.0 in Red Hat EL7 no log is written.
My system is:

[code:2iqrqyyi]Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 7.2 (Maipo)
Linux 04ucas.csi.it
3.10.0-327.4.4.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Dec 17
15:51:24 EST 2015 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

rsyslogd 8.15.0, compiled with:
        PLATFORM:                               x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu
        PLATFORM (lsb_release -d):
        FEATURE_REGEXP:                         Yes
        GSSAPI Kerberos 5 support:              No
        FEATURE_DEBUG (debug build, slow code): No
        32bit Atomic operations supported:      Yes
        64bit Atomic operations supported:      Yes
        memory allocator:                       system default
        Runtime Instrumentation (slow code):    No
        uuid support:                           Yes
        Number of Bits in RainerScript integers: 64[/code:2iqrqyyi]

The debug output is attached.
The starting rsyslog row is the only written to syslog. If I send:

[b:2iqrqyyi]logger -p local1.info "prova dfkslk
kldfjsdklfjskl"[/b:2iqrqyyi]

the message is not written to syslog and no debug is shown in rsyslog.

Could you help me?
