[rsyslog-notify] Forum Thread: TLS doesn't work for me - (Mode 'post')

rsyslogd 5.8.10

I follow the very simple directions on <!-- m --><a class="postlink"

m --> using the log server as CA. I restarted rsyslog on the loghost first.
But if I restart rsyslog on the client I get two entries every time in
/var/log/messages on the loghost and then nothing (no more logs are sent
over):

I assume decryption has failed? I dunno. 

Can someone provide some guidance on what I'm doing wrong?
