adjusted the debug config statement so it worked on rsyslog on my rhel6
box. Looking at these logs I see that the logs I want to keep have a value
in the $procid property, and those messages I want to discard has no value
or a single dash ('-') as value. But a filter discarding messages with no
value ("") in the $procid field results in all messages being discarded.
