The only "~" in the file are in comments. I even did set list in vim and
see no extraneous special characters. The Cisco Sourcefire, IP Address
143.120.99.50, is forwarding its syslog messages to the syslog server and
they are being successfully saved in /syslog/sourcefire/messages. It is
these messages we want to forward on to arcsightappl, IP Address
143.120.105.114. Tcpdump shows no traffic being sent to the appliance and
the dashboard on the appliance shows 0 messages received.
