hi everyone
I test rsyslog as a server.

on several version i have the same problem

[color=#FF0000:23ak7al0]" imuxsock begins to drop messages from pid XXX due
to rate-limiting"
[/color:23ak7al0]

Debian version[b:23ak7al0] 8.4.2-1+deb8u2[/b:23ak7al0] and 
[b:23ak7al0]5.8.11-3+deb7u2[/b:23ak7al0]
Official packages [b:23ak7al0]  8.19.0-1[/b:23ak7al0]  !

I test this:
$SystemLogRateLimitInterval 0
$SystemLogRateLimitBurst 0

or

$IMUXSockRateLimitInterval 0

or 

$IMUXSockRateLimitInterval 0
$IMUXSockRateLimitBurst 0

Same problem, event if i change thing in "/etc/systemd/journald.conf"
(debian jessie and wheezy)
