Hello, everyone.  I am seeing a message like this.
 
 rsyslogd-2007: action 'action 0' suspended, next retry is Mon Feb 27
08:24:06 2017 [v8.21.0 try <!-- m --><a class="postlink"
href="http://www.rsyslog.c">http://www.rsyslog.c</a><!-- m -->             
  om/e/2007 ]

rsyslogd-2359: action 'action 0' resumed (module 'builtin:omfile') [v8.21.0

href="http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2359">http://www.rsyslog.com/e/2359</a><!--

These messages are completely filling my /var/log/messages.  I'm also
getting this same message for writing two other actions, both omfile.

Since these are omfile actions which write to a local file, what could
possibly be happening that would cause these actions to not write?  I can
understand suspends on omfwds, but what could cause this for a local file?
