Thank you for your reply.  I should have said I am seeing these recv-Q
values from a netstat -taupn command.  It is the typical output you see
with:

Send Q  RecvQ  Local Address  Remote Address  TCP State   etc.

We're seeing these increasing values in the Recv-Q column
