I made a clean F17 installation, installed rsyslog 8.2.0 on top of it, and
it works without problems even without any rsyslog.conf changes (log
redirection only)
I am looking at liblogging now - may be it can be cleaner solution if it
allows us stay with native F17 rsyslog 5.8.10
