I'm writing a message modification plugin for v7-stable and I'd like to
have some configuration that applies to the module as a whole. I've seen
the various *Cnf* methods (such as setModCnf) and I've seen that most
plugins have loadModConf and runModConf, while a few don't have both. Could
you explain how and when each of these is meant to be used?
