I am not seeing anything wrong with these lines. Can you validate that you
are seeing the logs using tcpdump? When people report this sort of problem,
we commonly see two things, either the logs aren't actually arriving on the
box, or iptables is blocking them (RHEL and CentOS block this by default
for example)

There are a handful of other more esoteric things that can go wrong, but
it's best to first start with the easy stuff.
