Sorry, that was a sanitation error. The closing quote is there and
"rsyslogd -c5 -N2" shows a clean config. (constant template is an artifact,
I've removed it in favor of static target). If you think 7.4.7 (ships with
RHEL7) would be more likely to work, we'll go with it. 7.4.7 should support
the nicer action() syntax, right?
