As part of the planned work for the table_lookup functionality there was
going to be a rainerscript function introduced that would convert a 4-octet
IPv4 address to an integer. Something similar could be created that would
convert from an epoc-time to a timestamp. It's just getting the time from
the core developers to do it (or getting someone else to do it, we do
accept patches :-)

the other thing is that the current git master does have the 'interpret'
capability. I don't think it can convert epoc-time to a timestamp, but it
can do other conversions, so it's not unreasonable to have it able to do it
in liblognorm.
