No, structed data missing was not the problem but the empty (rather than
NIL) PROCID is.

Do you have a reference to the fix in a later revision? Maybe we can get
RedHat to backport this to v5 as they still include v5 in their
distribution.
Unfortunately we cannot just switch to a recent version as we have to keep
the distibution-supplied v5 (this is a "managed" system) and the supplied
rpms are not relocatable (so they would overwrite system-package supplied
files).
