We are looking for syslog over tls/ssl support. Specifically, sending
syslog's from multiple branch office devices over the internet but
encrypted with ssl/tls, to a central syslog server at main site.  Can
rsyslog do this?  If so, will i need to install rsyslog at branch site and
relay to the rsyslog server at main site as encrypted with ssl/tls?
