Forgot to mention in a previous post.
After installation to restart rsyslogd

service rsyslogd restart
[/code:eoc8vjpn]
systemctl call will not work

Unfortunately I still have missing messages in 8.2.0
Could it be that this is not a rsyslog problem but something else?

systemd was introduced in Fedora 15 so it is in Fedora17 as well
May be this is something around multithreading related to syslog() call?

Any suggestions how to debug?
May be there are some options in rsyslog.
May be I can somehow disable systemd logging?
